 Technology Use Charge for District Students

In light of growing technology use and needs for students in the classroom, the District is implementing a $40 technology user charge for all students in levels K-12. We will be collecting this charge for each student at registration in July. The Technology Use Fund charge is to assist the District in acquiring, upgrading, maintaining the growth of technology in the schools. All students use technology in some way and the cost associated with this use has become more than the District can maintain on its own.
 

Costo de Tecnología para Estudiantes del Distrito 50

En vista del aumento en el uso y las necesidades de tecnología dentro del salón de clases, el Distrito 50 está implementando una costo de $40 por el uso de la tecnología,  para todos los estudiantes de los niveles K – 12.  El costo uso fondo de tecnologia es ayudar al Distrito en la adquisición, actualización, el crecimiento de la tecnología en las escuelas. Todos los estudiantes que utilizan la tecnología de alguna manera y el costo asociado con este uso se ha convertido en más que el Distrito puede mantener por sí mismo.
