Kelly brings almost 20 years of dedicated experience in education, serving in roles from classroom teacher and instructional coach to school administration and program leadership. As Assistant Principal split between Sunset Ridge K-8 and Tennyson Knolls Preparatory School, her focus centers on relationship-building, data-driven leadership, and supporting educators and families. Holding advanced degrees in Early Education and Educational Administration, Kelly’s work is rooted in setting high expectations, driving equity, and building cultures of trust across her school communities. Outside of school, she enjoys life in Colorado with her firefighter husband and their teenage son, sharing a passion for the outdoors through skiing, mountain biking, and camping.
